Finding a reputable builder can be a stressful and lengthy process. With many options and no experience, it can be difficult to find a good builder and ensure that the tender meets your building goals and expectations. We work with our clients throughout the building process to ensure you are clear on the outcomes and to ensure that the process and smooth and seamless from start to finish. We understand our clients have busy lives and will work with you and your schedule to ensure you experience minimal disruption during this time.

We take pride earning and maintaining our clients’ trust. We have earned a strong reputation built on transparency and honesty. We share direct quotes from our builders to help you compare the inclusions and details and make an educated decision on your choice of builder. Having a few quotes from reputable builders will ensure that you are clear on what you’re getting and you do not receive any costly surprises along the way.

No! You can expect to save a significant amount of money with SBB. We take the guess work out of the selection process by getting quotes from our high-quality, reputable builders to ensure that you are finding a builder suited to your building needs. We have worked with a number of builders over the years and have chosen to continue to work with honest and reliable builders to ensure our customers enjoy peace of mind knowing they are getting value for their money. SBB has built strong trade profiles with a number of businesses to ensure that you receive trade prices on your finishes and appliances.
Much like mortgage brokers we don’t charge our clients a fee for our services if you were to proceed. We are paid a referral fee by the builder you select.
The project management will still be in the safe hands of our trusted builders. This means you will a professional project manager from your building team dedicated to the site and trade management, quality control and overall schedule of the build. SBB will still be on this building journey with you to ensure that together with your builder you receive your quality dream build on schedule.
We do charge an engagement fee which is fully refundable if you proceed with Staten Builder Brokers and one of our reputable builders. Our initial engagement fee depends on the scale of the project. To find out more about this fee, book in for a free consultation.
